  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Securely pack your item and return it to any Kravitz retail branch or ship it back to our central distribution center using a tracked courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
